Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what women can accomplish with both the energy and knowledge that comes from having a teenaged mind. She is an author, health guru as well as a talk show host and producer. A director and dancer. Comedian and model. And most importantly the mother and wife! No wonder Perpetual Motion has become her name. Marilu's story is an example of her healthy attitude. After her parents passed away in their 50's-her mother suffering from the effects of arthritis and her father, from a heart attack--she knew she needed to take charge of her health to ensure they could ensure that the same fate not come her way.
